Pedigree: A cross between Hallertau Gold and 75/15/106M from the Hop Research Institute in Hüll, Germany to replicate a Mittelfrüh-style aroma profile with improved yield and disease resistance. It was first released in 1993. Hallertauer Tradition is a number one choice for pale and dark Munich-style lagers, Oktoberfest, Bock & Weissbier.
